Can you tell us a little about your business?

I help women engage in healthier habits without them having to give up their social life or never enjoy their favorite desserts. I do that both online and offline.

What are your day-to-day responsibilities?

I check in with my clients and help them plan their daily movements, exercise routine, and nutrition. Apart from that, I try to share valuable content on social media to help all my followers.

How did you get started?

I started 6 years ago working only one-to-one in a premium fitness club and about 2 years ago I started with online coaching.

What have been some key factors in growing your business?

I have received my certifications from the Online Trainer Academy and Precision Nutrition. Those have been two key factors in helping me grow.

What do you use MoonClerk for?
